Andrew Lovejoy, P.E.

Andy is Civil Engineering Consultants' President and provides the Management of CEC's Water and Wastewater projects in and around the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Prior to joining CEC in January of 2000, Andy worked in the Civil Sanitary Group at Malcolm Pirnie in its White Plains, NY office designing and retrofitting wastewater treatment plants.  

Andy is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina and received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master’s of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
