Nolan L. Johnson Jr., P.E.

Butch is Chairman of the Board at Civil Engineering Consultants and provides Senior Advisement on Water and Wastewater projects. He has served as part-time instructor for the Southern College of Technology in the Civil Engineering Department. Prior to founding CEC in 1986, Butch was Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Southern Engineering.

Butch is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina and Alabama.  He received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and Master of Science in Sanitary Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master’s of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
