Water Reclamation Projects

The 8.0 MGD AWRF included an expansion from the original 2.0 MGD facility. Final construction cost was just under $30 million.
The 0.55 MGD Troublesome Creek WRF was built to serve Pulte Homes’ Sun City Peachtree Development in Spalding County.
Built for John Wieland Homes in 2004, Hall County purchased the 0.75 MGD facility to serve the southern portion of its service area.
Built for the Windermere Golf Community in the late 1990s, Forsyth County purchased the 0.55 MGD facility in late 2006.
Built in the early 1990s, the privately owned 0.26 MGD facility serves the Olde Atlanta Golf Community in south Forsyth County.
Built in 2006, the 0.25 MGD facility serves the Parkstone Development and was recently purchased by Forsyth County.
DDCWSA recently selected the Design Build Team of Lanier Contracting and CEC to install a new drum screen at its Sweetwater Creek WRF.
