Water Supply Projects

The 1500 kW Standby Generator provides backup power for the Potable Water Production Facility to over 75,000 customers.
The 2500 kW Standby Generator provides backup power for the raw water supply to over 200,000 customers.
The Lost Mountain Water Storage Tank No. 2 project includes one 4.0 million gallon prestressed concrete storage tank for CCMWA
The fluted style column tank stands 148-feet and serves Cumming’s customers in the northern portion of its service area.
Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority’s project includes the installation of a 400 HP pump and other piping improvements.
Due to the extreme and prolonged drought in 2007, CEC designed Cumming's $15 million Raw Water Intake on Lake Lanier.
The Castleberry Road Water Main project includes 7,100 LF of 18” DIP, 2,400 LF of 16” DIP, 3,100 LF of 12” DIP for the City of Cumming.
The 42-Inch Pilgrim Mill Raw Water Main includes approximately 8,500 LF of pipe and 350-LF of 54-Inch cased bores.
The 20,000 LF 36-Inch Westside Water Transmission Main will supply the 2.0 MG Water Storage Tank adjacent to GA 400.
